Reverend Ebele Nwankwo is the Lead Minister of Rain of Answers Prayerline International (ROAPI), founded in 2019 on a revelation and Spirit-led conviction that every person deserves the opportunity to encounter the love of Jesus, receive prayer, and walk in the purpose for which they were created.
Based in Dundee, Scotland, we have grown into a community that reaches both locally and online. We are believers, volunteers, and friends who gather around prayer, the Bible, and a shared desire to serve others.
